Yellow Potato Rice Pulao!


Instructions:

Boil rice, drain the water and keep it aside.
In a vessel take 2 tblsp ghee, bay leaf, 2 cloves, 2 whole grain cardamoms, jeera and stir for few seconds, 
Add sliced onions and ginger garlic paste, fry until translucent.
Add potatoes and french beans (optional), chili powder,turmeric, garam masala salt and pepper, stir until cooked. 
Add boiled rice to it, sprinkle salt if required.
