Authentic Chick peas (Chole) Bature!

In a pressure cooker take 2 cups of oil, 1tsp cumin seeds, 1 bay leaf and 1 cinnemon stick and stir for couple of minutes. Add 2 finely cut onions along with ginger garlic paste and stir until light brown. Add 1.5 finely cut tomatoes, 1tsp chili powder, 1/ tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp cumin powder, 1tsp coriander powder, 1tsp mango powder, 1tsp garam masala and salt to taste. Stir well until the tomatoes start to leave oil from the sides. Add the boiled chole (kabuli chana) and 1 cup of water. Pressure cooker (7 whistles) until its ready. Garnish with little cut coriander on top.

For the Bature:

In a bowl take 2 cups of maida, 1/4 cup of rawa, salt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, oil, 1 cup yogurt. Mix and prepare the dough, Cover and keep aside for 2 hours. Take a skillet with oil and cook on high flame. Toss over a couple of times and its ready to be served.
