Mushroom Masala Konkani Style !


Instructions:

Take 1 finely cut onion and fry in oil until brown. Add 2 finely cut tomatoes and cook on low flame along with ginger garlic paste. Keep to cool and grind to paste.

In a skillet take 1 tblsp oil, add the mushrooms and stir for few minutes on medium flame. Add spices including turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper, garam masala, curry powder, and salt . Cook for 15 minutes. Add the paste and cook for another 10 minutes. Switch of the flame and Add 1 cup of cream. Stir and serve hot.

Serves 3.
