Rice,lentil and kebab!

In a bowl take mince meat (I used pounded boneless chicken - pounding tenderizes the meat), ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, garam masala, finely chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chillies. I don't like chilies at all and only use little chili powder even if I have to add spice to my meals like in this case I did. Mix well and leave it in the refrigerator for about 3 hour to 5 hours.

Shape the kebabs using skewers and place it in a skillet. (take off the skewers before placing in the pan). You can sprinkle few drops of olive oil on the top. (Secondly, you can also pre-heat the oven and place the skewers on the grill over the drip tray for 20-25 mins). Once done garnish with squeezed lemon.
