In a big kadai take 2tbsp oil on high flame, add finely cut garlic and green chillies and stir for a minute. Add finely cut onions, french beans, and carrots and stir for another 5 -10 minutes until the vegetables are cooked. Separate them to the sides of the vessel. Then add salt, pepper powder, few drops of black soya sauce, 3tsp chili sauce, little sugar granules, and whisk all ingredients for another couple of minutes. Add the rice and toss it a few times.
