Cauliflower,Potato, Capsicum in Coconut Gravy!

Grind coconut scrape, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds, small piece of tamarind, little water and keep aside.
In a vessel take oil and finely cut onions, fry until light brown. Add 1/2 cut big slices of onion, 1 tomato and 1 capsicum, stir for a few minutes until the tomatoes are cooked well. Add the cauliflower, 2 potatoes, water, salt, and keep to cook. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the mixture.and curry leaves. Leave on simmer for another 10 minutes.
